We have a variety of ways to shop our brand.

RadLandsCo.com : has our widest variety of items ranging in many colors and sizes. We do ship worldwide. No items purchased from our website will be available for local pickup, orders will be shipped only.

CommentSold Facebook Sales: We host scheduled online sales in our Facebook group. These sales include limited quantities and are sometimes special edition. All Facebook group sale members must read the pinned post to understand how to shop and understand the sales. All shipping and return information can be found in the groups pinned post.

How are your products sized?

Most of our items are unisex, comfortable, and true to sized in fit. If they are oversized or irregularly fit/cut we will provide that information in the description.

We are open at our brick and mortar location Thurs & Fri 11-5 and Saturdays 10-5, but please follow up on social media @RadLandsCo on instagram, and our Facebook page for updates on hour changes. 

  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, please note that as with any orders being placed internationally, your package is subject to a customs tax (this fee being dependent on your country)

 

Has my order shipped? 

COVID-19 has taken a huge affect on our production facilities as well as our office and warehouse. COVID-19 has also impacted the amount of shopping people are doing online this year. Please be patient as we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible while still staying as safe as possible and within the guidelines given to us by our local government. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days to fulfill your order. Select expedited shipping to have your order shipped faster.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email contact.radlandsco@gmail.com or text (814) 406-9031 with subject "ATTN: RETURN/EXCHANGE." In the email, include your 1) order number/or date of purchase, 2) the items you would like to return/exchange, and 3) why you would like to return/exchange the item/s. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days. Please do not send any returns/exchanges without first receiving a confirmation speaking to us. If you do not submit a return request and receive authorization before sending your return, we will need to refuse the package and it will be returned to sender. 

 

Return authorizations occasionally get marked as spam or promotional emails. If you do not receive a response on your return request within 24 hours, make sure you check your all email folders before submitting another request. 

 

Please send any accepted returns or exchanges to 434 Pennsylvania Ave W, Warren, PA 16365 along with the original receipt emailed to you.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a full credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Clearance and marked down items on the sale rack in our brick and mortar are not applicable for a refunded return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only pay for shipping on items both ways if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.radlandsco@gmail.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we receive a package with no printed email receipt, we will email you regarding your package. If we do not hear from you within 10 business days, your order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and you will be refunded 50% of your original order.
